Affinity

Sometimes i ponder upon relationships and think what makes them so vulnerable, What makes relationships so special. What is a relationship anyway? Maybe everything is relationship and this world revolves around it only? Let’s start somewhere. Friendship? I have had many friends, i have been very extrovert all my life. But each one of my friend always gave me a different feeling, a different level of love, a different attachment. Some provide growth others stick to temporary laughter while presence of few fullfill the need of a family. Yes i agree we all have families and my family is super loving but the love my friend’s has given me is something different. Though I wouldn’t call myself a great friend because for my friends i might not always be available and i am not proud of it. I try to. Coming back to the track if we look closely how sensitive these relationships are. They can rise your dopamine to the sky and then it’s hard to even make you sit or rise your monoamine oxidase due to which you snuggle in bed all day all night not wanting to meet anyone. I have learned many things during my “friendship journey”. From a young talkative to a little calm personality, i have seen the shift. But as how i am romanticising it, it’s not same for everyone. Some have seen the ugliest side of it, the betrayal. For me i think at this point friendship breakups would hurt more than the usual breakup. But i have worked on this topic a little more closely when i left my home and moved to another city and started living in an apartment with my friends. It’s a beautiful experience and one must avail it if they get a chance. This generation has not seen or observed the beauty of a relationship. Just like the books that are going out of the scene, our young generation is running out of intimacy, love and pure relationships too.
